L'Oeil Urbain, a photographic festival
For its 7th edition, the Photographic Festival L'Oeil Urbain returns to Corbeil-Essonnes, from April 5 to May 19, 2019.
The Photographic Festival L'Oeil Urbain brings a new perspective on the city, through a dozen exhibition points scattered throughout the city of Corbeil-Essonnes. Many free exhibitions are offered at the art gallery, the Commanderie Saint-Jean, the Theatre, the media library, Square Crété, rue du trou-Patrix, and in front of the Town Hall.
This year, the theme is about the United Kingdom, a real urban and photographic playground for the talented English photographers Rip Hopkins, Ken Grant and Matt Stuart, and for their French colleagues Stéphane Duroy, Yan Morvan, Gilles-Favier, Cyril Abbad, Olivier Jobard... You will discover London, Belfast, Liverpool and other cities from a very original angle, from the 1980s to nowadays.
Don't miss this amazing festival, which takes place just 10 kilometres from our Hôtel Orly-Draveil, and enjoy the exhibitions, meetings, screenings and original creations that will tell you about the city, otherwise!
